The following conditions apply:
Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Italy, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Cyprus.
Shipping Costs – DHL (including statutory VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order value (gross merchandise value):
- Order value up to €50 = €5.99
- From an order value of €50.00, we ship free of charge.
For bulky goods (freight forwarding), the following applies:
In the category Grill Equipment, shipping costs are calculated individually in the shopping cart. Bulky goods are marked as such in the product description.
International deliveries:
Shipping costs for international deliveries are calculated based on the order value (gross merchandise value):
Austria:
- Order value up to €50 = €15.99 (grill grates and grill equipment calculated by weight)
- Order value from €50 = €9.99 (grill grates and grill equipment calculated by weight)
Switzerland:
Direct order processing to Switzerland is currently not possible.

We calculate international shipping costs based on the order value (gross merchandise value):
- EU Zone 1: €15.99 (grill grates and grill equipment calculated by weight)
- EU Zone 2: €19.99 (grill grates and grill equipment calculated by weight)
- EU Zone 3: €24.99 (grill grates and grill equipment calculated by weight)

Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective product description, delivery within Germany takes 2–5 business days, and international deliveries take 5–7 business days after conclusion of the contract (for prepayment, after receipt of your payment instruction).
The delivery times stated for each product refer to domestic deliveries (Germany). Please note that international delivery times may vary.
No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship all items together in one shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
For self-collection, we will notify you by email once your order is ready for pickup. No shipping costs apply in this case.

Prepayment via Bank Transfer (2% discount)
You pay in advance via bank transfer and receive the goods conveniently after payment is received.
A 2% discount is automatically deducted from your order total in the shopping cart.

Pay conveniently with your credit or debit card.
Invoice (Public Authorities & Schools)
Register using a valid email address of a public institution. After placing your order, your data will be verified.
Cash on Collection
You pay for the goods when collecting them at our company location.
