Payment and Dispatch
The following terms and conditions apply:
Domestic delivery (Germany) and the following countries:

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany)
We charge shipping costs on the basis of the order value (gross product value):
- Order value up to €50 = €5.99
- From an order value of €50 onwards, we deliver free of shipping costs.
If the dispatch involves bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows:
In the category “Grillgeräte”, shipping costs are calculated individually in the shopping cart.
Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.
Deliveries to foreign countries
We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the order value (gross product value):
Austria
- Order value up to €50 = €15.99 (grill grates and grill units calculated by weight)
- Order value from €50 = €9.99 (grill grates and grill units calculated by weight)
EU Zones
- Zone 1 EU: €15.99 (grill grates and grill units calculated by weight)
- Zone 2 EU: €19.99 (grill grates and grill units calculated by weight)
- Zone 3 EU: €24.99 (grill grates and grill units calculated by weight)

Delivery to Switzerland
Delivery is made without customs clearance and without VAT. The following charges may apply:
- DHL customs processing fee: 13 CHF + 3%
- Import VAT: 8.1%
Delivery to non-EU countries
Delivery is made without customs clearance and without VAT. Depending on the country, import VAT, customs duties or handling fees may apply. These costs are charged by the respective delivery service and cannot be calculated in advance.
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods (Germany) shall be made within 1–3 working days, and deliveries abroad within 2–4 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment is agreed, from the date of payment instruction).
The delivery times stated for each product refer to domestic deliveries (Germany). Please note that international delivery times may vary.
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one delivery unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time for the complete order will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with collection options. In this case, no dispatch costs will be charged.

Payment by invoice is only available for authorities and public institutions.
The invoice amount must be settled within 14 days when paying by invoice.
